All In Class
The "All In" class at FBC Harrogate is the ultimate full-body workout, combining the best of our Grind, Elevate, and Meltdown classes. Strength Class
Our Strength class at FBC Harrogate is designed for those who want to focus on improving key lifts such as deadlifts, bench presses, overhead presses, and squats. This 6-week program allows members to choose specific areas they want to strengthen, with tailored coaching and structured progression. The class starts with an initial assessment to measure your current lifting abilities, followed by six weeks of focused training.
At the end of the program, we reassess to track your percentage improvements, ensuring you see real progress in your lifts. Whether you're looking to increase strength or perfect your technique, this class will help you achieve your goals.
Youth Class
Our Youth Class is perfect for young fitness enthusiasts aged 8-16 who want to learn how to work out safely and effectively in a gym environment. This class is designed to help kids and teens build a strong foundation in fitness, focusing on proper technique and movement. Each session includes a variety of exercises like plyometric drills, Olympic lifts, and dumbbell and kettlebell work, ensuring a well-rounded workout.
