Individual 1-2-1 Training

Our individual personal training package provides clients with an individually developed fitness training plan, diet analysis and production of nutrition advice to complement the personal training sessions.

Personal training will be on a 1-2-1 basis with Dave Ward at FBC gym Harrogate. Achieving health and fitness goals require long term commitment and we offer a range of great value packages based upon the standard price of a single personal training session.

FBC Harrogate also offer virtual packages for clients unable to attend 1-2-1 personal training sessions and can create training plans and nutrition advice whilst staying in contact with clients remotely using Skype, Zoom or FaceTime.

  • Bespoke Nutritional guidance/advice

    Training plans for the days you are not having a personal training session but still go to the gym.

    Access to: Eating out guide, recipe books, alcohol cheat sheet, 5 ingredients cook book, smoothie recipe book, plant based diet book and any future eBooks that are designed

    ·Access to an exclusive Facebook FBC community/private group to share ideas and communicate with like minded individuals.

    Every session is tailored to each individual in the session and in the case of joint sessions, exercises are adapted for each person.

1-2-1 Plans and Pricing

  • Bronze package: 4 Individual 60 minute 1-2-1 personal training sessions per calendar month.

  • Silver Package: 8 Individual 60 minute 1-2-1 personal training sessions per calendar month.

    Cost per session £57.50

    Total cost £460

  • Gold Package:  12 Individual 60 minute 1-2-1 personal training sessions per calendar month.

    Cost per session £55.00

    Total cost £660

  • Our Platinum package is created to your exact needs following a personal consultation and a required 4 sessions per week as a minimum – POA
