Gym Owner + Coach

Qualifications – Level 3 Personal Training Certificate

Level 3 Pre + Post natal Qualified in exercise and training

Favourite Food – I love a stack of pancakes lathered in caramel sauce, or fried chicken and waffles

Favourite Music – It sometimes seeps onto the class playlist, but I love ‘old school’ hip hop/rap (NWA, Tupac, BIG, Eminem etc). I don’t mind most genres, depends on the ‘vibe’ of the class.

Favourite exercise - ?

Originially I wanted to be a PE teacher, having coached football in USA and to local youth teams for 10+ years I realised I wanted to develop young peoples knowledge of health and fitness (more so football) and help empower them to become stronger and fitter at a young age. After studying to be a PE teacher at university I decided teaching wasn’t for me and I much preferred the style of a ‘coach’ rather than a ‘teacher’.

Random Fact:

I have an Alaskan malamute that often gets mistaken for a wolf, no matter how soft he is.

I am engaged to be married in early 2025.

I have got a beautiful little girl called Orla. She often makes an appearance down at the gym.

I LOVE food, especially sweet stuff, so to get on my good side bring me something sweet!
