Aussie’s Fitness Journey

Aussie was half way through his 8 week transformation programme when this picture was taken.

Through constant hard work and simply watching what he was eating, Aussie had lost 6lbs and 6cm of body fat in just 4 weeks👏👏

He has still enjoyed the odd drink (rum and coke is his tipple) with a wedding in-between, his strength and overall fitness has gone up too and this is showing by pushing himself more and more each week👏👏

2 and a half years, 391 classes, 1 cruise and about 36 holidays later Aussie is still going strong. Having lost a total of 13lbs of fat, 10cm off his waist and increased his overall fitness level drastically. He is the epitome of what we aim to achieve at FBC Harrogate, being one of the OG’s of the FBC community training at all times of day allowing everyone to experience his ‘banter’. Aussie is a prime example of the phrase ‘Consistency is Key’ by turning up week in week out and always putting in 110%, still getting results and enjoying his life on his terms.
