Here is a good autumnal warmer for your lunch (alongside a good source of protein of course) for less than 100kcal per serving.
Macronutrient info per serving:
- Protein - 3.5g
- Carbohydrates - 15.5g
- Fat - 0g

Ingredients:
- 1 Medium onion, chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 Garlic cloves, chopped
- 400g can chopped tomatoes,
- Handful of basil leaves, torn
- Salt & pepper to season
Directions:
1. Using a non-stick frying pan and splashes of water to prevent sticking, stir-fry the chopped onion for 5 minutes over a medium-high heat.
2. Add the oregano, garlic and basil and stir-fry for a further 2-3 minutes before adding the tomatoes and half a can of water.
3. Leave to simmer for 10 minutes and blend smooth. Season and serve.
